When you access the Service, we may automatically collect:

Information you provide may be visible to coaches, team administrators, and other parents/athletes within your team or club, as necessary for team operations.

4.2 Recruiting Portal

If you opt into the recruiting portal feature, athlete profiles and statistics may be shared with college recruiters and scouts. You control what information is included in recruiting profiles.

4.3 Service Providers

We may share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processing, email delivery).

4.4 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

5. Minor Athletes

Team Thrive is designed for use by sports organizations, coaches, parents, and athletes. We take the privacy of minors seriously.

  • Parent or guardian accounts are required to manage athlete profiles for minors
  • Athletes age 14 and older may be granted limited access to the Service by their parent or guardian
  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent
  • Parents can review, modify, or request deletion of their child's information at any time
